Returns and Refund Policy
Every Good Days box is handmade to order and personalised with your pet's name, so each one is made just for you.
Personalised and made to order items
Because our boxes are personalised and made to your order, they fall under the exemption for bespoke and personalised goods in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind once your order is in production. Please check your spelling and details carefully before you order, as the card is written by hand exactly as you enter it.
If something is wrong with your order
Your statutory rights are not affected by the above. If your box arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To help us put it right quickly, please contact us as soon as you can, within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
If we have made a mistake
If we get your personalisation wrong or send the wrong item, we will correct it at no cost to you. please contact us as soon as you can, within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the item and your order number.
How to contact us

Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
