About Us

Our story

I made this because I waited too long.

I lost my cat and my dog, and it never once crossed my mind to take their paw prints while they were here. I was so sure there would be more time. There wasn't.

A tabby and white cat resting on a sofa
My cat, the day before she went.
A hand resting gently on a beagle lying down
My dog, the day she went.

When she was gone, all I wanted was something of her to hold, and there was almost nothing. In the end I went through the vet, who charged me £150 for a paw print, a little of her fur, and her ashes. I paid it without hesitating, because by then it was the only way left to me. What I would have given to have done it gently, at home, while she was still curled up beside me. And what I would give now for more of her around me, her funny face, her name, the daft little character that was hers alone.

So no one has to learn it the way I did.

Good Days is the box I wish I had owned. Everything you need to take their paw print at home while they doze in their usual spot, keep a little of their fur close, and frame a favourite photo. Not a thing for after they have gone, for now, while they are still here beside you, on the ordinary good days that turn out to matter most.

And this time, I'm not waiting.

There are new paws in the house again now, Luna and Sunny, and with them, I do it differently. Their prints are already taken, a little of their fur kept close, while they are here being ridiculous, not one day after.

And their faces are all around me, their actual faces. A watercolour of them, or a photo I love. Their name. The daft little title only they could have earned. Their whole silly personality, on the things I reach for every single day.

That belief grew into everything we make. Alongside the keepsake boxes, there are now personalised gifts to enjoy while they are right here with you, the soppy ones and the cheeky ones both, because that is what they are. It is all made by hand here in the UK, and it is for every pet with paws, big or small. A dog, a cat, a rabbit, a rat, the one who feels like family.

If they are still here with you, please do not wait the way I did. Make a little of them into something you can hold, and something to smile at, while you still can.
