How do I personalise it?
Choose your breed for a watercolour portrait, or upload your own photo, then type your dog's name, up to 15 characters. I print the name exactly as you enter it, letter for letter, including any spelling mistakes, so please read it back before you order. If you upload a photo, a clear, high-resolution one gives the best result. The saying is fixed, so there's nothing else to fill in.
What is printed on the mug?
It's two-sided. Your dog sits on one side — either a watercolour illustration of their breed or the photo you upload — with their name on a ribbon above. The other side reads "Good Days Start With a Cuppa," and a soft paw-print pattern runs across both. The interior and handle come in your chosen colour.
What size and colours does it come in?
It's a generous 11oz ceramic mug. The inside and handle come in your choice of black, navy, light blue, purple or red — pick your colour above.
Is it microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes to both. The glossy finish keeps the print bright and vivid through the dishwasher and the microwave, cup after cup.
How long does it take?
Each mug is printed to order, so allow a few days for printing plus delivery.
Can I return it?
Because each mug is printed with your dog's name, it is made just for you and cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, or if the name or uploaded photo was incorrect. That is why I ask you to check everything carefully before you order. If it arrives damaged, or I have printed it wrong, contact me within 30 days and I will replace it or refund you.
