Good Days Gift Co. is a business based in the United Kingdom, selling handmade, personalised pet keepsake boxes.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description.

Personalisation

Our boxes are personalised with the details you provide. Please check your spelling and details carefully before ordering, as the card is written by hand exactly as you enter it. We are not responsible for errors in the information you give us.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that are already confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to meet our stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Returns and cancellations

Because our products are personalised and made to order, our returns rights are set out in our Returns and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty or damaged goods are not affected.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Good Days name and branding, belongs to us and may not be used without our permission.

Our liability

We take care to describe and make our products accurately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, or our liability, where it cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
