Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Dispatch time

Every box is handmade and personalised to order. We aim to dispatch your order within one to three working days. At busier times, such as around Christmas and other peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within two to four working days, depending on the service. You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way, with tracking where it is available.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, please contact us at gooddaysgiftco@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
