Will it hurt or mess up their paw?+
Not at all. The pads are clean-touch, so the ink stays on the pad and never touches their paw. There is nothing on the paw to wash off, you get a clear print, and a spare pad is included in case you want a second go.
Will it work if my pet won't keep still?+
Yes. The pads are quick and need only a gentle press, so you do not need a perfectly still pet. You get two, so there is a spare if the first press moves, and you can pick a calm moment and take your time. It works on dogs and cats of any age.
Is it only for dogs and cats?+
No, it is for every pet with paws. Dogs and cats, of course, and just as much for rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats and ferrets. Whatever their shape or size, the box works exactly the same, and you tell us their name when you order.
What if my pet has already passed away?+
It is made for both. Many people use it to celebrate a companion who is still with them, and many to hold onto one they have lost. However you come to it, it is a gentle place to keep what mattered.
How is it personalised?+
We write your pet's name by hand on the keepsake card inside. You can add a date, an occasion, or a short message, or leave it blank and we will write a lovely note in its place.
When will it arrive?+
Every box is made by hand in the UK and dispatched within one to three working days, with free UK delivery.
Can I return it?+
Because each box is made and personalised just for you, we are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind. If it arrives damaged, or anything is missing, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
